Following the successful Brinckerhoff Masterclass for Emerging Leaders in 2012, NDS is again hosting Peter Brinckerhoff to run a full-day Masterclass for emerging leaders in disability service organisations: Management and Marketing in a Mission Based Environment.

Peter is a highly acclaimed speaker and lecturer, and presents his ideas on how to make not-for-profit organisations more effective to dozens of audiences across the United States and internationally each year.

70 representatives from ADHC funded NGOs and ADHC direct services. These next generation leaders participated in the Masterclass that covered the topics of;
  • Mission Based Management - Mission, ethics and values, boards, leadership, technology, finance and controls.
  • Mission Based Marketing – How to identify markets, ask those markets what they want and provide it to them. The marketing cycle, surveys, focus groups, customer satisfaction and market segmentation.
The Masterclass received tremendous feedback.
"Inspiring day. I had never thought about the work I do from a mission based perspective. The day has helped me flip my thinking and brought greater clarity and understanding of the "person centred approach"
"The day has helped me to assist the Board, Management Team and the Quality Team with a greater understanding of the Power of MISSION."
